Kristy and Jackie will share emerging research on walnut consumption and gut health, demonstrating two unique walnut recipes that can be shared with your patients and clients: Curried Walnut and Apple Butternut Squash Soup and Faux Gras Walnut and Mushroom Pâté.  They will also discuss how to effectively use AI for creative recipe ideation and nutrition research, sharing tips and tricks to leverage this trend and more in 2024.
