We want to express our gratitude for being a part of the CNC community, whether you've attended our events or been a presenter. As a special thank you, we've been working closely with past presenters of "A Taste of Culinary Nutrition from Around the Globe" to create our very first Global Cuisine Cookbook. The organization and design of the cookbook was made possible through a collaboration with a group of UC Berkeley students as part of their Food, Culture, and the Environment class.
This cookbook is a free resource, to give you a true taste of cuisines from around the world and a sense of the kind of recipes that attendees learn about in this series. Click the link below to download the cookbook now!

This series is approved for 12 CEUs by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and meets the Ethics credit requirement. All sessions will be held LIVE on Zoom and will be recorded for those that are not able to join for the actual event.
